Player help

SchedgeHog is the app your theater uses to ask if you’re free, tell you when you’re cast, and keep the show covered when something comes up. Most of what you do here takes about thirty seconds. These pages cover the rest.

Getting in

• Logging in — sign in with a one-tap magic link from your email. No password to remember.

The weekly rhythm

• Set your availability — mark yourself in, out, or if-needed when the availability email lands.
• Did I get the show? — four places to check whether you were cast.
• Add my shows to my calendar — subscribe in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook so your cast dates show up next to everything else.

Subs

• Ask for a sub — something came up and you can’t make a show you’re in.
• Cover for someone — a teammate needs a sub and you can do the date.

Email reminders & notifications

• Signup reminders — a nudge before the availability deadline.
• Weekly lineup reminder — a Monday email with the shows you’re in this week.
• Show reminders — a heads-up the morning of, the day before, or two days before each show.
• Sub request emails — choose which sub requests you want to hear about.
